Next time you hear it, lean forward, as carefully as you can, and grab the headlight bucket itself. That's most likely where it is.....the rattle is caused by the headlight bucket ring (the part that goes around the outer edge of the headlight) being a little loose and vibrating against the bucket. Wrap a little electrical tape around the bucket and put the ring back on and that should fix it.
